Elles doivent indiquer d\u2019une fa\u00e7on claire et pr\u00e9cise les suivantes.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"ult-spacer spacer-6a38ad602cd85\" data-id=\"6a38ad602cd85\" data-height=\"20\" data-height-mobile=\"20\" data-height-tab=\"20\" data-height-tab-portrait=\"\" data-height-mobile-landscape=\"\" style=\"clear:both;display:block;\"><\/div><div class=\"standard-arrow bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li>Le nom au complet du plaignant et ses coordonn\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Le nom(s) des membre(s) qui font l\u2019objet de la plainte<\/li>\n<li>Une description du probl\u00e8me et quelle section(s) du Code de d\u00e9ontologie national qui sont pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 viol\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Une chronologie des \u00e9v\u00e9nements, y inclus la date(s), l\u2019heure et l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 ont eu lieux les \u00e9v\u00e9nements pr\u00e9cis\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Le nom(s) et les coordonn\u00e9es des t\u00e9moins ou de toute autre personne qui peut \u00eatre en mesure de fournir des renseignements suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/li>\n<li>Un sommaire de la plainte et des copies de tous les documents (lettres, etc.) qui appuient la plainte. S\u2019il est all\u00e9gu\u00e9 que plus d\u2019une section du Code de d\u00e9ontologie national a \u00e9t\u00e9 viol\u00e9e, les documents \u00e0 l\u2019appui doivent clairement indiquer laquelle des all\u00e9gations ils prennent en charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"ult-spacer spacer-6a38ad602cf1a\" data-id=\"6a38ad602cf1a\" data-height=\"20\" data-height-mobile=\"20\" data-height-tab=\"20\" data-height-tab-portrait=\"\" data-height-mobile-landscape=\"\" style=\"clear:both;display:block;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb]La plainte \u00e9crite doit \u00eatre envoy\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/cphrnb.ca\/fr\/contactez-nous\/\">courrier ou courriel<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"ult-spacer spacer-6a38ad602cf79\" data-id=\"6a38ad602cf79\" data-height=\"20\" data-height-mobile=\"20\" data-height-tab=\"20\" data-height-tab-portrait=\"\" data-height-mobile-landscape=\"\" style=\"clear:both;display:block;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Que se passe-t-il apr\u00e8s l\u2019envoi de la plainte \u00e9crite \u00e0 CRHANB?<\/h3>\n<p>Une fois re\u00e7ue, l\u2019information contenue dans la plainte est examin\u00e9e par CRHANB et, si n\u00e9cessaire, on communiquera avec le plaignant pour obtenir des \u00e9claircissements. Dans le but de maintenir une divulgation compl\u00e8te, une fois toutes les informations pertinentes \u00e0 la plainte ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ues, une copie de la plainte, y compris les documents \u00e0 l\u2019appui seront envoy\u00e9s au membre qui fait l\u2019objet de la plainte. Une plainte doit inclure le nom et les coordonn\u00e9es de la personne qui d\u00e9pose la plainte et le nom du membre de CRHANB impliqu\u00e9.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"ult-spacer spacer-6a38ad602d3ad\" data-id=\"6a38ad602d3ad\" data-height=\"20\" data-height-mobile=\"20\" data-height-tab=\"20\" data-height-tab-portrait=\"\" data-height-mobile-landscape=\"\" style=\"clear:both;display:block;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Est-il possible de faire appel d\u2019une d\u00e9cision du Comit\u00e9 des plaintes, d\u2019enqu\u00eate et de discipline (CPED)?<\/h3>\n<p>Soit le plaignant ou le membre qui a fait l\u2019objet de la plainte peut demander une r\u00e9vision de la d\u00e9cision du CPED par le Comit\u00e9 d\u2019appel.
