{"id":3012,"date":"2019-01-21T08:34:01","date_gmt":"2019-01-21T12:34:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cphrnb.ca\/?p=3012"},"modified":"2019-01-22T08:45:31","modified_gmt":"2019-01-22T12:45:31","slug":"changements-2019-au-journal-de-perfectionnement-professionnel-continu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.cphrnb.ca\/fr\/2019\/01\/changements-2019-au-journal-de-perfectionnement-professionnel-continu\/","title":{"rendered":"Changements 2019 au Journal de perfectionnement professionnel continu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bonjour,<\/p>\n<p>Voici un message important du directeur ex\u00e9cutif de CRHANB.<\/p>\n<p>Veuillez prendre note que le Conseil d\u2019administration de CRHANB a approuv\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction du nombre d\u2019heures de perfectionnement professionnel continu (PPC) \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter chaque ann\u00e9e et pendant la p\u00e9riode de renouvellement de trois ans. Ce changement est en vigueur \u00e0 compter de la p\u00e9riode de soumission des heures de PPC de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouvelles exigences du PPC comprennent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un minimum de 10 heures d\u2019activit\u00e9s de PPC par an (au lieu de 20)<\/li>\n<li>un minimum de 60 heures par p\u00e9riode de trois ans (au lieu de 100)<\/li>\n<li>les heures de PPC pour chaque ann\u00e9e civile doivent \u00eatre soumises en ligne au plus tard le 31 janvier de l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour voir une liste compl\u00e8te des activit\u00e9s admissibles, <a href=\"http:\/\/cphrnb.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/CPD-Qualifying-Activities-Fr.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cliquez ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la suite d\u2019un examen de son Comit\u00e9 consultatif sur les normes, le Conseil d\u2019administration de CRHA Canada a recommand\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction du nombre d\u2019heures de PPC exig\u00e9es. La nouvelle norme de PPC est plus en ligne avec celles des autres associations en RH \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale comme CIPD (Royaume-Uni), SHRM (\u00c9tats-Unis) et AHRI (Australie). Elle correspond \u00e9galement aux exigences de PPC du Qu\u00e9bec.<br \/>\nDe plus, \u00e0 compter de la p\u00e9riode de renouvellement de 2019, des changements aux activit\u00e9s de renouvellement de PPC entreront en vigueur.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes aussi tr\u00e8s fiers d&rsquo;annoncer qu&rsquo;\u00e0 compter de janvier, le nouveau Journal de PPC (Journal de perfectionnement professionnel continu) sera disponible en ligne. Vous serez maintenant en mesure de faire le suivi de vos activit\u00e9s par le biais du portail des membres. Le syst\u00e8me conservera toutes les informations au fur et \u00e0 mesure que vous les entrez. Notez bien que les heures de PPC pour chaque ann\u00e9e civile doivent \u00eatre soumises en ligne au plus tard le 31 janvier de l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante. Voici les \u00e9tapes \u00e0 suivre :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Connectez-vous \u00e0 votre compte membre<\/li>\n<li>Cliquez sur la case verte intitul\u00e9e \u00ab Mettre \u00e0 jour votre Journal \u00bb<\/li>\n<li>Choisissez le \u00ab Guide \u00bb si vous voulez revoir le processus<\/li>\n<li>Choisissez \u00ab Ajouter une nouvelle activit\u00e9 \u00bb pour inscrire vos activit\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Choisissez \u00ab Voir les activit\u00e9s de PP \u00bb pour voir les activit\u00e9s que vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 inscrites<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>C&rsquo;est un syst\u00e8me tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 utiliser.
