Le projet de loi a re\u00e7u, le 13 d\u00e9cembre 2018, la sanction royale.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la loi, les entreprises r\u00e9gies par le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral sont soumis \u00e0 plusieurs obligations. Alors que les r\u00e9glementations sont en cours de r\u00e9daction, CRHA Canada a, encore une fois, \u00e9t\u00e9 appel\u00e9 \u00e0 partager son savoir-faire et son expertise pour s\u2019assurer que les r\u00e9glementations soient parfaitement claires et sans ambigu\u00eft\u00e9. La loi sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale rentrera en vigueur 3 ans apr\u00e8s l\u2019approbation des r\u00e9glementations. Selon Denise Perron, CRHA et experte en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale, qui a collabor\u00e9 avec CHRA Canada dans le cadre des requ\u00eates soumises au gouvernement, ce n\u2019est ni trop t\u00f4t ni trop tard pour d\u00e9finir un plan de match pour s\u2019assurer d\u2019une mise en place r\u00e9ussie du projet.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre 2018, Madame Perron et Fran\u00e7ois Trottier, consultant en \u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale, se sont adress\u00e9s au Comit\u00e9 s\u00e9natorial permanent des finances nationales au nom de CRHA Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Le Comit\u00e9 s\u00e9natorial permanent des finances nationales a, une nouvelle fois, invit\u00e9 CRHA Canada \u00e0 partager son opinion sur les amendements apport\u00e9s \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>La loi pr\u00e9voit que les employeurs du secteur priv\u00e9 sous r\u00e9gime f\u00e9d\u00e9ral se doivent de transmettre les informations relatives au syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de leurs employ\u00e9s. Pour CRHA Canada, ces exigences doivent aller de pair avec la loi sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale dans le but de r\u00e9duire le fardeau administratif et l\u00e9gal des entreprises. Malheureusement, avec l\u2019adoption de cette l\u00e9gislation, les employeurs devront fournir deux types de donn\u00e9es diff\u00e9rentes pour se conformer \u00e0 la loi sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale et celle sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<h2>Vous avez votre mot \u00e0 dire<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le plan budg\u00e9taire 2019, il \u00e9tait question de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une nouvelle allocation canadienne pour la formation. CRHA Canada a eu la possibilit\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 plusieurs tables rondes sur le sujet.
