Elle a chang\u00e9 notre fa\u00e7on de faire des affaires. Elle a chang\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on dont nous fonctionnons. Elle a chang\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on dont nous nous engageons et interagissons. Combien de temps cela durera, personne ne sait. Ce pourrait \u00eatre quelques mois ou un an. Ou cela pourrait signifier un nouveau mode de fonctionnement permanent. L&rsquo;incertitude est la nouvelle norme.<\/p>\n<p>Mais l&rsquo;exclusion ne prend pas de pause pendant une pand\u00e9mie. En fait, il existe de nombreux exemples de personnes et d&rsquo;organisations qui retombent dans de vieilles habitudes qui sont exclusives, parfois subtilement et parfois ouvertement. Maintenant, plus que jamais, nous devons continuer de nous concentrer sur la diversit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;inclusion pour \u00e9viter que les personnes traditionnellement marginalis\u00e9es ne soient pouss\u00e9es plus loin.<\/p>\n<p>CRHA Nouveau-Brunswick est fier de s&rsquo;associer au Centre canadien pour la diversit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;inclusion pour pr\u00e9senter un webinaire gratuit intitul\u00e9 L&rsquo;analyse de rentabilisation de la diversit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;inclusion en p\u00e9riode de crise. Ce webinaire pr\u00e9sentera l&rsquo;analyse de rentabilisation des raisons pour lesquelles il est extr\u00eamement important que les employeurs maintiennent et, en fait, \u00e9tendent leur attention sur la diversit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;inclusion afin de s&rsquo;assurer que cette nouvelle norme n&rsquo;exclut personne.
