{"id":749,"date":"2015-06-02T12:22:12","date_gmt":"2015-06-02T15:22:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cphrnb.ca\/fr\/?p=749"},"modified":"2017-03-23T15:43:00","modified_gmt":"2017-03-23T18:43:00","slug":"ccarh-renforce-sa-base-fixe-ses-philosophies-cles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.cphrnb.ca\/fr\/2015\/06\/ccarh-renforce-sa-base-fixe-ses-philosophies-cles\/","title":{"rendered":"CCARH renforce sa base, fixe ses philosophies cl\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Direction strat\u00e9gique assur\u00e9e par de nouveaux pr\u00e9sident, pr\u00e9sident \u00e9lu et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral int\u00e9rimaire<\/h2>\n<p><strong>TORONTO, le 2 juin 2015 \u2014<\/strong> En une seule journ\u00e9e de rencontres, soit le vendredi 29 mai 2015, une direction puissante et claire a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie pour le Conseil canadien des associations en ressources humaines, la voix nationale des professionnels en ressources humaines au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Aujourd\u2019hui, le CCARH a identifi\u00e9 une nouvelle philosophie qui lui permettra de progresser rapidement et de fa\u00e7on d\u00e9cisive \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Roma Thorlakson, la nouvelle pr\u00e9sidente \u00e9lue du CCARH et l\u2019actuelle pr\u00e9sidente du Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba. \u00ab Le Conseil est pr\u00eat \u00e0 renforcer sa position dans le march\u00e9 et \u00e0 ratifier de nouvelles normes nationales concernant le titre de CRHA. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pendant la rencontre du Conseil et la r\u00e9union g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle, un nouveau pr\u00e9sident a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu, la nomination du directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral int\u00e9rimaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 formalis\u00e9e, un nouvel ensemble de principes et de statuts a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9, et des ententes de financement de deux ans ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conclues, entre autres.<\/p>\n<p>Les principes de base du CCARH se concentrent sur un objectif commun et un processus clair : un titre, une profession, une association membre, un vote, une accr\u00e9ditation, un cadre et un organisme national avec un ensemble de buts et d\u2019objectifs. Ces principes sont soutenus par un ensemble de r\u00e8glements et une d\u00e9finition des r\u00f4les compl\u00e8tement repens\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab En tant que groupe, le Conseil reconna\u00eet qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un moment critique pour l\u2019organisation \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Shannon Railton, pr\u00e9sidente \u00e9lue de HRMA (C.-B.). \u00ab Nous voil\u00e0 dans la position unique de pouvoir cr\u00e9er un organisme vraiment national qui r\u00e9pond aux besoins de tous les membres, mettant en valeur le titre de CRHA et la visibilit\u00e9 de la profession l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019on en a le plus besoin. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Anthony Ariganello, pr\u00e9sident et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de HRMA (C.-B.) a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident directeur int\u00e9rimaire du CCARH pour une p\u00e9riode pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 de deux ans. \u00ab Nous sommes ravis que Tony ait accept\u00e9 ce r\u00f4le \u00bb, a ajout\u00e9 Mme Thorlakson. \u00ab Il apporte une exp\u00e9rience pratique nationale et internationale au CCARH en ce qui est de positionner un titre professionnel. Il s\u2019agit exactement des comp\u00e9tences et du leadership dont nous avons besoin maintenant \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab J\u2019ai h\u00e2te d\u2019explorer la possibilit\u00e9 qui nous attend \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M.
